Antalya Hills is not an apartment complex, and that is the single most important thing to understand about it. Instead of towers, M3M has built hundreds of small blocks of basement + stilt + four floors, with about four homes in each block. You get one floor to yourself, a lift and staircase shared with three other families, and — unusually for Gurugram — a share of terrace and basement space written into the unit.
The project sits on land licensed under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana policy, with M/s Loon Land Development Limited as the registered promoter for Phase I. That policy is what allows the low-rise, higher-density plotted format. It also means the paperwork is phase-by-phase: Phase I carries GGM/650/382/2022/125 (23.12.2022), and later phases have been registered separately, so always check the number on the block you are buying.
Scale is the other surprise. M3M describes it as its largest low-rise development in Gurugram, and press coverage of the July 2026 handover milestone put the delivered portion at around 33 acres with close to 1,000 families taking possession. Property portals list larger totals across all phases together, so treat any single acreage or unit-count figure as phase-dependent until you see the RERA declaration.
The location is New Gurugram rather than old Gurugram: Sector 79 sits off Naurangpur Road near the point where the Southern Peripheral Road meets NH-48, with the Aravalli ridge behind it. It is a quieter, greener setting than Golf Course Road, with the trade-off that day-to-day retail and schooling in the immediate sectors are still filling in.
