Altitude is the tall, late addition to a part of Sector 65 that M3M has been building out since the Golf Estate towers went up. The registration covers a 2.79-acre phase carved out of a licensed colony of about 60 acres, which is why the project reads as three slim towers on a compact footprint rather than a township with its own gates and roads. Residents sit inside an address that is already built and lived in.
The design is by UHA London, and two ideas carry the building. A glass air bridge runs between the three towers at height, and a 60 ft waterfall falls from the crown — an architectural gesture rather than an amenity, but it is what people remember about the elevation. M3M's own copy calls the club levels an air lounge, and the shared facilities are stacked up in the air instead of spread across a podium.
Homes are single-configuration: 4 BHK with a lounge and a study, two master suites and wrap-around decks that M3M describes as giving 270-degree views. Channel-partner material reports only four apartments per floor, which fits a plate of that size across a G+43 tower. Sizes are quoted at about 3,755 sq. ft. for the smaller plan and 4,245–4,270 sq. ft. for the larger one.
Pricing has moved since launch and portals still disagree. Square Yards carries ₹10.55–12 Cr at about ₹28,100 per sq. ft., 99acres has shown ₹8.72–10.03 Cr, and our own earlier price sheet quoted from ₹11.46 Cr for the 4,245 sq. ft. plan. Treat roughly ₹23,000–28,000 per sq. ft. as the working band and ask for a current, written quote.
