Flora68 answers a fairly specific brief: an M3M address in Sector 68, a building only a couple of years old, and the option of a third bedroom without going past about ₹2.6 Cr*. It is a single residential tower rather than a sprawling complex, and M3M's own description stresses nature-inspired urban living, 90% open and green space and modern amenities.
The tower is open on all four sides with six apartments per floor, which brokers' brochures pair with a double-height lift lobby on the ground floor and underground parking. At about 114 homes, Flora68 has fewer neighbours than most Gurugram societies, and that shows in shorter lift waits and in knowing who lives on your floor.
Portals cite the same 13.21-acre Sector 68 land parcel for Flora68 and its neighbour M3M Natura. The product is what differs: Natura is 2 BHK-only and older, while Flora68 adds a 3 BHK, carries a 2022 registration and trades at a higher rate, about ₹14,700 per sq. ft.* against Natura's ₹12,500*.
With the tower delivered, most purchases today are resale deals with individual owners; ask us whether any developer inventory remains. Portals usually show only a handful of live listings at a time. Use the Gurgaon circle rate to plan stamp duty, and budget separately for transfer charges, maintenance deposits and any interior work.
