Natura is the smaller and simpler of M3M's two neighbouring Sector 68 addresses. Where most Gurugram launches mix four or five unit types, Natura was planned around one idea — a well-proportioned two-bedroom home — with a study variant for people who work from home. Several sources count about 160 apartments across two towers (two portals list 240), which keeps lift lobbies and the clubhouse from feeling crowded.
M3M's own project page leans on the setting. Eco-friendly design, landscaped green spaces and proximity to the Aravalli range are its headline features, and it places GD Goenka Public School about 5 km away, Omaxe Celebration Mall about 6 km and Medanta – The Medicity about 7 km. Broker listings put Sohna Road only a few hundred metres from the gate.
Next door is M3M Flora68, a single, newer tower with 2 and 3 BHK homes. The two are often confused, but they suit different buyers: Natura fits a couple or small family wanting a ready two-bedroom at an entry ticket near ₹1.5 Cr*, while Flora68 costs more per sq. ft. and adds a 3 BHK.
Because Natura is complete, purchases today are resale deals with individual owners rather than bookings against a developer rate card. The exact super area, floor, facing and interior condition drive the price. Check the Gurgaon circle rate to plan stamp duty, and ask for the conveyance deed and a maintenance no-dues letter before paying a token.
