The project was launched on 11 January 2018 and reported ₹150 Cr of sales on the first day, with residences then priced between ₹5 Cr and ₹10 Cr. Construction started in March 2018 on a five-year programme. Tribeca and M3M put the finished buildings at over 600 ft, and industry coverage of the façade gives a height of roughly 200 m, which made them among the tallest residential towers in Gurugram when topped out.
Ownership is worth understanding before you enquire. The Trump Organization does not own, develop or sell these homes; it licences the name. M3M India is the landowner-developer, Tribeca Developers holds the India licence and ran design, marketing and sales, and the registered co-developer on the HARERA filing is Olive Realcon Pvt. Ltd. The project sits inside the same 56-acre licensed colony as M3M Golf Estate.
The design team is unusually specific for a Gurugram tower. Architecture is by Morphogenesis, interiors by Milan-based Matteo Nunziati, the façade engineering by FACET Façade Consultancy and the structure by Constructure Design. The envelope mixes unitised, semi-unitised, rain-screen and toggle curtain walling with argon-filled low-E double glazing, which is why the towers read as continuous glass rather than punched windows.
Possession began in April 2025 and reporting that May described the Gurugram project as completed, alongside the earlier Trump towers in Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata. Every apartment was sold years ago, so anything available now is a resale from an original allottee or an investor. That also means the fit-out, view and floor vary a great deal between units.
