Start with what does stand up. Sector 111 is real, and so is what M3M is building in it. SCDA — Smart City Delhi Airport — is described on m3mindia.com as a 250-acre integrated township spanning Sectors 111, 112 and 113, masterplanned with AECOM, Gensler and SWA Group. M3M Crown sits in Sector 111. M3M Elie Saab Residences, the township's first fashion-house branded tower, is in Sector 111 too. M3M Mansion, M3M Capital and M3M St Andrews are in Sector 113.
The Elie Saab tower is the reference point, because it is documented rather than rumoured. Business Today reported in January 2026 that M3M is targeting about ₹8,300 crore across two Elie Saab projects, with the Gurugram tower at Sector 111 comprising 300 four-bedroom homes of 4,200–4,650 sq. ft., priced from roughly ₹15 crore at about ₹37,000 per sq. ft. That is the scale of product this block is aimed at, and the clearest available yardstick for anything launched beside it.
Now the part that does not stand up. Stefano Ricci is a Florentine menswear house founded in 1972, headquartered at Fiesole, run today by the founder's sons Niccolò and Filippo, with around 78 boutiques and ownership of the historic silk mill Antico Setificio Fiorentino. It has a genuine interiors arm — SR Interior Design — which has done yacht interiors, the Sindalah Yacht Club, the La Rocca penthouse at Castelfalfi in Tuscany, and private residences. What we could not find anywhere is a residential tower carrying its name, in India or outside it.
So treat "M3M Stefano Ricci" as a name in circulation rather than a product. It appears on broker and channel-partner sites, sometimes placed in Sector 111 and sometimes in Sector 58, which is itself a sign of how thin the underlying information is. If the partnership is signed it would be Stefano Ricci's first branded residential building anywhere, and that is precisely the kind of announcement both companies would make loudly. Until they do, nothing here should be priced.
M3M India's official project and SCDA pages, HARERA records, Business Today (January 2026), Stefano Ricci's own corporate material, and public locality data, checked September 2026. The tower visual, master plan, site plan and location map used here are the project's own marketing material, released ahead of launch and subject to change; every other visual on this page is labelled as a representative image of a different, named M3M development.
