What is consistently reported about Sector 58 is broader than a single tower. Through 2026, market and advisory coverage has described M3M assembling a cluster of branded residences here, behind the Ireo Grand Arch, with separate towers attached to automotive marques — Aston Martin, Bugatti and Brabus. Figures circulating for that cluster run to roughly 30 to 32 acres and about 300 homes. None of it is confirmed by a licence disclosure, a filing or an M3M announcement.
The Binghatti thread is thinner still. Binghatti is a real and substantial Dubai developer, founded in 2008 and run by the Binghatti family, and it has done exactly this kind of naming deal before: Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay, Bugatti Residences, and Mercedes-Benz Places. But its published portfolio sits entirely in the UAE, and we have found no statement from either company about an Indian project. Treat "M3M Binghatti" as a working name in circulation, not a launched product.
The address is the part that does stand up. Sector 58 is where Golf Course Road ends and Golf Course Extension Road begins, about 1.8 km from the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro terminus. Oberoi Realty picked the same sector for its NCR debut, buying roughly 14.8 acres for about ₹597 crore. M3M itself has four delivered projects a few kilometres down the same road, in Sectors 65 and 67.
So the useful question at this stage is not what the price is, but what exists on paper. Until a HARERA number is issued there is no approved layout to measure a super area against, no sanctioned unit mix, and no possession date anyone can enforce. Sizes, renders and floor plates shown before that point are marketing material, and they can change without anyone breaching anything.
M3M India's official project list, HARERA records, national news coverage and market/advisory reporting, checked September 2026. No official render, brochure or site photograph exists for this project, so the visuals on this page are representative images of other M3M developments.
