Aston Martin is not a hypothetical partner for real estate — it has a working residential practice, and that is the most useful thing to know here. Its design team completed a 66-storey, 391-home tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami in 2024, delivered a four-storey private house in Tokyo's Minami Aoyama in June 2025, and has interiors under way at The Astera on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, with Dar Global. Three continents, three very different products, one design studio.
What that practice never includes is construction. In Miami the developer was G&G Business Developments and the architects were Bodas Miani Anger with Revuelta; in Tokyo the partner was VIBROA; in Ras Al Khaimah it is Dar Global. Aston Martin supplies design direction and the right to use the name. If a Gurugram building carries the badge, M3M India would be the promoter, the builder and the party with the completion obligation — the carmaker would be a design consultant.
The Sector 58 story itself is thinner than the brand story. Coverage of the site describes an M3M branded cluster behind the Ireo Grand Arch with automotive names across several towers; figures circulating in the market run to roughly 30-32 acres, about 300 homes and six towers split two apiece between the three brands. None of that comes with a licence disclosure, a filing or an announcement from any of the companies, so we carry it as circulating and unconfirmed rather than as fact.
One detail is worth flagging because it is evidence rather than opinion. Different pre-launch write-ups describe different unit mixes for the same land — some list 4 and 5 BHK homes of about 5,500 and 8,500 sq. ft., others describe 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with penthouses. Sources that disagree about the basic product are not describing an approved plan. They are describing a project that has not been designed to sanction stage yet.
Aston Martin press material and international coverage of its Miami, Tokyo and Ras Al Khaimah residences; M3M India's published project list; HARERA records; Gurugram market reporting — checked September 2026. The visuals on this page are the project's own marketing images, supplied to us ahead of launch: artist's impressions of a scheme that has not been sanctioned, so the built project may differ from them.
